View Files

Learn how to view all uploaded files associated with your organization.

Steps

  1. Go to https://app.atlyst.com
  2. Login with your credentials
  3. Go to Files page from the Management section.
  4. View all files:
    • See a table with all files uploaded to your organization
    • View site, file name, category, processed, size, and created/modified dates
    • Files are sorted by most recent first
  5. Search and filter files:
    • Use the search bar to filter by file name
  6. View file categories:
    • traffic

      : ECX traffic counter data files
    • report

      : Analysis reports and spreadsheets
    • multimedia

      : Images, PDFs, and other documents
  7. Processed:
    • queued

      : File is waiting to be processed
    • processing

      : File is currently being processed
    • complete

      : File has been successfully processed and data is available
    • error

      : File has a processing error
  8. Refresh file list:
    • Click the Refresh button to reload the file list
    • Check for newly uploaded or processed files
    • The tooltip shows how many files remain unloaded (if any)
  9. Navigate to site:
    • Click on the site name to view full site details
    • Access traffic statistics for that specific site

File Categories

  • Traffic Files: Extension .ecx (e.g. .ec0, .ec1, etc.)
  • Report Files: Extensions .json, .csv, .zip, .xls, .xlsx, .ods
  • Multimedia Files: Extensions .pdf, .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .ico, .jfif, .gif
  • File Size Limit: Maximum file size of 5 MB per file
